The Engineering and Manufacturing Technician will assist in designing plant layouts to enhance productivity and conduct work measurement studies to improve operational efficiency. This role involves collecting and compiling operational and experimental data, supporting estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports. The technician will also ensure quality assurance and industrial health and safety by analyzing data and samples. Additionally, this role will develop manufacturing and processing procedures, oversee production processes, and ensure product quality through inspections.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

Experience in manufacturing operations and process optimization

Knowledge of industrial health and safety standards

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Regulatory and Occupational Safety Specialist

The Regulatory and Occupational Safety Specialist will ensure that DecibelDefense Solutions Ltd’s hearing protection products meet industry standards and occupational health regulations. This role involves conducting on-site noise assessments, preparing compliance documentation, and helping clients adhere to safety standards. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to deliver safety solutions and training.

Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field

Experience with workplace safety regulations (OSHA, CSA, ISO, ANSI)

Strong communication and consultative skills

Detail-oriented and proactive in safety planning

 

Driver

The Driver will be responsible for the timely delivery of DecibelDefense Solutions Ltd’s hearing protection products to clients. This includes assisting with on-site assessments, setting up equipment, and ensuring smooth logistics for workplace safety evaluations.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Experience with transportation and logistics

Ability to lift and handle sensitive equipment

Quality Control Specialist

The Quality Control Specialist will ensure that DecibelDefense Solutions Ltd’s hearing protection products meet noise reduction and safety standards.
